In July 2024, Knots for NICU was founded at Arizona College Prep High School (ACP) in the Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) in Chandler Arizona. Presently in its inaugural year, the club chapter has 60+ members (9th - 12th grades) and even homeschool members!
