In July 2024, Knots for NICU was founded at Arizona College Prep High School (ACP) in the Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) in Chandler Arizona. In its second year 2025/2026 school year, the club chapter had 109+ students sign up (with members ranging from 9th - 12th grades) and even homeschool members!
