In July 2024, Knots for NICU was founded at Arizona College Prep High School (ACP) in the Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) in Chandler Arizona. Presently in its second year, the club chapter had 109+ students sign up (with members ranging from 9th - 12th grades) and even homeschool members!
